The relationship between Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange has been a fiery relationship to say the least and it has been reported that Beyoncé had a big talk with Jay Z ahead of Solange’s wedding to ensure that there would be no drama between the pair.
According to reports, Beyoncé and Jay Z had a long talk ahead of the big day following events that unfolded back in May which saw Solange and Jay Z have an altercation in an elevator.
“Jay Z was on his best behaviour and stuck by Beyoncé’s side, and their daughter Blue Ivy was there too,” an insider told Closer. “Beyoncé had a big talk with Jay before the wedding and impressed on him how important it was that he do the right thing. He did, but it was a bit edgy between them and he wasn’t relaxed.
“Jay did congratulate Solange and, although it was rather forced, it made Beyoncé happy. Solange talked about the deep trust between her and her new husband. It seems a little like she was scoring points at Jay’s expense, and he looked very uncomfortable,” the source continued.
