We were all sad to hear that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan split up.
We were hoping they’d be a couple that would go the distance, but on Tuesday morning the pair made a statement to say they were “lovingly” separating.
Since then, numerous rumours have been circulating about Channing, saying that his drinking is what got in the way of his marriage.
It stems from an interview he did in 2015, when he told Star magazine: “I probably drink too much. My wife, that’s what she bought into.”
However, Jenna’s rep has squashed all of the drinking rumours by telling the Mail Online: “Happy to clarify that absolutely none of these rumours are true.
“The reason our statement was so positive [was] because that’s the reality of the situation.”
In their joint interview, the couple said: “We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love each other, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.”
