Kerry Katona's Husband Reportedly Arrested on 'Suspicion of Assault'

Kerry Katona’s husband George Kay has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of assault.

According to The Sun the former rugby player was held by police on Saturday evening after they were told that a woman – believed to be the singer – had “sustained bruising to her face and arms.”

A spokesperson for Sussex Police confirmed to the media that a 35-year-old man was arrested “on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm” and “of unlawful possession of a Taser.”

Kay has reportedly been released on bail until October 24th. A representative for the couple has not yet commented on the alleged incident.

The pair were going through a bit of a rough patch earlier this year but did seem to be back on track. They tied the knot in September 2014 and have a daughter, Dylan-Jorge, together.
