Remember Dewey from Malcom in the Middle? Here's What He Looks Like Now

It's now nine years since Malcom in the Middle left our TV screens.

Back then, Frankie Muniz was one of the hottest young talents on the block (and paid accordingly) and Bryan Cranston was the hapless and put-upon Hal, long before he broke bad as Walter White.

The real star of the show, however, was Dewey.

Over seven seasons, Erik Per Sullivan played adorable Dewey to perfection.

This weekend, Erik turns 24 years of age.

Born in Massachusetts to an American father and Swedish mother, Sullivan first appeared on screens in an uncredited role in 1998 disaster movie/weep-fest Armageddon.

Roles in The Cider House Rules and Wonderland followed before he landed the role as the youngest Wilkerson brother in Malcom in the Middle. (He was the youngest at the time, before the family welcomed another baby in later seasons.)

During his time on the show, Erik picked up awards as part of the Best Ensemble Cast at both the YoungStar Awards and the Young Artist Awards and was nominated for several others in his own right.

He also voiced the role of Sheldon in Disney Pixar's 2003 blockbuster Finding Nemo.

Alas, it seems Erik has left his onscreen life behind, at least for now.

His last credited appearance was five years ago in Joel Schumacher's Twelve, alongside Gossip Girl hottie Chace Crawford.

Erik seems to stay away from the Internet too, with several Twitter accounts bearing his name but none appearing to be the real deal. As for what he looks like these days... as cute and loveable as ever.
