There’s always been a focus on the female judges on Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor. Their appearance and outfits often cause bigger headlines than the shows themselves.
There was us thinking it was just the way society is, but it turns out it comes from the top down. The top being Simon Cowell.
Amanda Holden has revealed the rules Simon imposes on his female colleagues. She told The Daily Mail all about it:
“I have to shape up, wax my legs, up the glamour.
Simon has very strict rules about the way women should look – plucked, waxed, made up and groomed to within an inch of their lives.
I agree with him. It’s the Joan Collins method of growing old glamorously.”
So much for individuality.
