Very classy…

We all got a great kick out of the song an Irish fan wrote for UFC star Conor McGregor this week.

Mick Konstantin wrote and performed this song about the Dubliner and it wasn’t long before it went viral.

It’s been watch over 2.7 million times in the past few days  – you can check it out here.

In an interview with Ariel Helwani from MMAFighting on Friday night, McGregor revealed that he’d heard the song and that he’d been in touch with Mick and what he’s offered him is simply class.

“It was one hell of a song,” McGregor said. “It’s a very catchy song. We actually reached out to the guy. I had my people reach out to him and we’re booking him flight, him plus one. We’re going to bring him over to the fight and get him tickets and put him up in a hotel, and I’m going to meet him maybe after the fight.

“I’m going to bring him in as a thank you for the support. What a song, it’s the journey in music form. Myself and my team, we enjoyed it very much, so we’re going to fly him out. Him and a friend.”
