No, this year it was Queen Bey who nabbed herself the title.
And the picture that did it? Her pregnancy announcement, of course.
On February 1, Beyoncé announced she was expecting twins in a post that sent everyone into a tailspin.
“We have been blessed two time over,” read the caption on the famous post. “We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes – The Carters.”
Yep, that oughta do it. 11.1 million likes later and Beyoncé pregnancy announcement has become the most-liked post on Instagram in 2017. Probably not her biggest success story of the year, but it’s the only one we could say we were a part of.
