Versatile ready to make history as first Irish hip hop act to play and sell out the 3Arena

Tonight is the night.

Irish duo Versatile will take to the 3Arena tonight for a sold-out and highly anticipated gig.

The lads who hail from Ringsend, Dublin first announced the headline gig back in July, with tickets selling out the day they went on sale.

"We’ve just become the first Irish hip hop act to both play and sell out the poxy 3 arena!! Thank you all so much WHAT THE F*CK BABY! A FEW HOURS IS ALL IT TOOK" they wrote on Instagram at the time.

The group which consists of Casper Walsh, Eskimo Supreme and their music maker, Evan Kennedy have been preparing for this day for a long time, reminiscing on Instagram over how far they've come since they first started creating tracks.

And it's only bigger and better Versatile are becoming. From performing on the main stage at Longitude during the summer to now, having released a track with rap legend, Coolio and soon, heading on tour with Snoop Dogg, there's no telling what's next for Casper and Eskimo but we can rest assure knowing that tonight will be a very special night for both them and their fans as they make history at Dublin's 3Arena.

If you're heading to the gig tonight, doors open at 6:30pm.
