3 things you can expect from the Taste of Dublin this weekend

Olivia Hayes

It’s finally here.

Taste of Dublin is kicking off today and foodie fans are currently preparing to descend on the Iveagh Gardens for four days of FOOD.

It has long been a favourite for foodies all over the country, and even though the weather isn’t like it was last year, it will no doubt be a great weekend.

With loads of culinary delights over the next few days, we’ve picked out 3 things that you must see and do.

Urban Picnic

This has been a favourite for Taste of Dublin fans in past years. If you’re in the mood for a fancy picnic experience then this is the place for you. With The Cupcake Bloke baking up a storm, you will be able to taste some class sweet treats along with a sparkling glass of elderflower or prosecco. Be sure to book it though so you’re not disappointed.

Just Eat waiter service

Available from the Just Eat chill-out zone in the Fountain Area, as well as from the Archery Grounds, a team of dedicated Just Eat waiters will be on hand to serve you delicious dishes and drinks from fab restaurant partners such as Adrian’s Manor, Hang Dai, Jaipur, Arisu, King Sitric, Nutbutter, O’Briens, Opium x Asahi, Pickle, Pleesecakes, San Lorenzo’s, Soma, The Port House and The Exchequer.

Ketel One Kitchen

Fancy a cocktail or two? Then head down to the Ketel One Kitchen where you will be served some delish drinks. There’s also a pairing masterclass if that takes your fancy and at night, it will be turned into the Kitchen Disco where you can enjoy some of your favourite mixes.
