When it comes to chicken wings, you can’t beat a hot sauce topping. It’s the most delicious and satisfying sauce, and while some might blow the mouth off you, we always go back for more.

Hot sauce isn’t only for chicken wings though, it can also be delightful with cauliflower, ribs and tacos… or what about just lashing some on a plate of nachos?

Hot Sauce Society is back. On 14 December 2019, 38 of the UK’s best artisan hot sauce makers will take over all three floors of the Dogstar in Brixton, for a fiery festive market extravaganza. Join us on Saturday 14 December, from 11am-6pm, to get your hands on some of the UK’s most unique hot sauces, including special Christmas editions. Indulge in a chilli hot chocolate or Christmas cocktail, get in the festive spirit in our Christmas cabaret sing-along, and grab a spicy stocking filler or two. The event is taking place for one day only and will be held in Brixton’s Dogstar pub in south London from 11am to 6pm.

As well as being able to sample some lovely treats, you will also hear about the background of individual companies, enjoy Bloody Marys, shop some fiery products and take part in a Christmas sing-along cabaret with a live piano.

The festival is completely free to enter and the traders will also have some never-before-seen products for you to try and take home.

So… trip to London anyone?
