Sorry, now.

Summer means one thing and one thing only – Aperol Spritz.

Sure, there are other drinks you can drink while you’re hanging out by the canal with the sun beating down on you.

Absolutely, there are far more practical cocktails that you could whip up in a matter of minutes that probably won’t cost about a tenner for two whole ingredients in a nice glass.

But look, we don’t care about those drinks right now because nothing is quite as refreshing as a delicious Aperol and no, this is not a paid advertisement.

If you’re already a massive fan of the bright orange drink, listen up because you’re going to be absolutely gagging to attend the below event. And if you have yet to find your Aperol groove, this may just swing you the right way.

The Aperol 1919 Lido is taking place in London this summer and it involves a pool, an orange waterfall, and a load of hot tubs for fans of the drink to lounge around in.

Stunning.

To mark the drink’s 100th anniversary, the company have decided to reward its consumers with a water-based party that involves orange slice pool floats, a revolving carousel bar, and a glass shaped ball pit.

We know. The dream.

The event will be held at Shoreditch Electric Light Station in Hoxton Square between 23 May to 1 June. It’ll also be travelling to Manchester some time later this summer so if you can’t bop over to London for whatever reason, you could always make this one instead.

Tickets are already selling fast for the events with a few nights already sold out. But at a tenner a pop, you can’t really be too surprised.

You can buy tickets for the Aperol 1919 Lido event here.
