Did you know that today is International Unicorn Day?
Yep, that is a thing, and we’re celebrating.
Unicorn fans (ourselves included) can now eat like their mystical friends, with new colourful mini waffles that contain a mix of real potato and vibrant vegetables.
And no, these aren’t just for kids – we’re all over them.
Deliciously crisp on the outside, each pack of mini waffles includes four flavours; lightly seasoned mash potato and mash potato mixed with beetroot, garden pea and sweet potato.

These waffles are gluten free, vegan and are made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
What’s more, they are low in saturated fat, while having the additional benefit that the vegetables are a small contribution toward your 5-a-day. Handy.
