You can make this pizza dough with just TWO ingredients

Trine Jensen-Burke

People are buzzing over Goodfella's new vegan pizzas

Few things in life is as delicious as homemade pizza, but so often the thought of preparing the dough has us dialing Domino’s before you can say the words “take-out budget…”

Well, guys, we have great (and money-saving!) news for you.

Say hello to two-ingredient pizza dough.

Not only is it child’s play to make; you probably also already have what you need, right at home in your own kitchen.

What you need

1½ cups self-rising flour and 1 cup full-fat, plain Greek yogurt. (Plus the pizza toppings of your choice, of course!)

How

In the bowl of an electric mixer (use the dough-hook attachment) mix the flour with the Greek yogurt on low speed to combine. Then, remove the dough from the bowl, place on a well-floured surface and knead for about five minutes. (Note: If the dough seems too wet to the touch or sticks to your work surface, you can add flour in small amounts as needed.)

Now roll the dough into a pizza-sized circle, and place it on a round baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil and add the toppings.

Place the baking sheet in a pre-heated oven, and bake at 225°c for 10 to 12 minutes.

Now, tuck in!
