A deadly gin event is taking place in a secret Dublin location for the Chinese New Year

Olivia Hayes

Want to celebrate the Chinese New Year?

Chinnery Gin is taking part in the official Dublin Chinese New Year Festival this year, and they’re hosting a cocktail event that’s right up our street.

The evening will consist of cocktails inspired by Chinese ingredients which will take place at The Little Pig Speakeasy and will be led by the award-winning mixologist Pat Thomas. On the night, guests will discover an array of flavours from China, including Chinnery Gin’s signature botanicals, oolong tea and osmanthus flower.

If you think this sounds as delightful as we do, the event will take place on February 8.

Tickets cost €40 and include two drinks made with Chinnery Gin, as well as tasters from other cocktails from The Little Pig’s specially created Chinese New Year menu and a Chinnery Gin tasting session.

If you fancy taking part, tickets are available here; with the exact location of The Little Pig being revealed to ticket holders in advance of the event.

The same event was held last year and it was a complete sell out – so we’re excited to see what all the fuss it about this year. Chinese New Year + cocktails? You really can’t go wrong.
