While we’ll be watching the Golden Globes with a bowl’s of tonight’s leftovers, the celebs will certainly have a very elegant dinner.
The annual ceremony is taking place at the Beverly Hilton, and its executive chef Alberico Nunziata told People exactly what he’ll be serving.
Alberico said that he’ll be creating a menu that is organic and gluten free, as well as having vegetarian options.
“Celebrities have very specific diets, and we want to provide good and beautiful food that’s healthy at the same time.
“Also, for this group, you want to create something that’s healthy and familiar, but not boring.”
The starter that 1,400 celebs will be eating tomorrow is a Delicata salad of burrata cheese, which includes mozzarella, roasted butternut squash, Taggiasca olives, and balsamic vinegar, topped with violet garlic flowers.
For their main course they will be served Chilean sea bass with golden baby beets yellow squash and courgettes, while vegetarians will be served black truffle mushroom risotto.
And lastly for dessert, Amberico will serve coffee-infused Frangelico crème brûlée, gold dusted and draped with a crinoline chocolate swirl.
