This is the easiest smoothie you’ll ever make and it’s DELICIOUS

We are on an apple craze right now. Honestly, we just can’t get enough of them. With it still being to cold for most fruits to be in season, apples are our go-to fruity snack at the moment.

We love them as they are, of course, sliced up into sweet and juicy pieces, but we’re also trying to think up ways to mix up our apple eating a bit.

We’ve teamed up with Le Crunch French Apples, who has been sending us fab recipes for various different dishes that we can incorporate our apples into. Last week we shared their apple pancakes recipe with you guys, and the week before that we tried out their apple and cinnamon cheesecake (so delicious). Now we have another recipe we want to share with you.

This recipe is for an apple smoothie and it is actually the simplest and easiest smoothie to make but that doesn’t mean it’s not delicious (because it SO is). It’s super refreshing but also comforting (which makes it perfect for those rainy days too).

All you’ll need for this recipe is three ingredients and the whole thing takes ten minutes tops. That’s literally it. Definitely one for anyone who is rushed off their feet.

Apple Smoothie

Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 apple (Golden or Gala)
200cl vanilla yoghurt
1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

1. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes
2. Add the apple to a blender with yoghurt and cinnamon.
3. Mix until the texture is light and foamy.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

The easiest smoothie you will ever make and also one of the best. There’s nothing that goes better with apple than cinnamon and that vanilla yoghurt is just the cherry on top. It eases you into spring and summer smoothie-season without fully letting go of winter.
