This gooey Ferrero Rocher cheesecake literally has us drooling

We’ve eaten a lot over the past few days.

Between the many dinners leading up to the big day, actual Christmas dinner on the day, turkey sandwiches, pudding, cake and all the little nibbles along the way, we basically haven’t stopped eating.

Saying that though, one look at this Ferrero Roche cheesecake and our stomachs are hungry again. Growling for food, in fact.

Coming from Tastemade, the cheesecake is creamy and gooey and will use up all the Ferrero Roche boxes you were gifted over the festive season.

And here’s what’s needed (go on, you know you want to):

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups biscuits
5 Ferrero Rocher
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:
35 oz cream cheese
3 large eggs
6 large egg yolks
1 1/4 cups caster (superfine) sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp almond essence
6 Raffaello
6 Ferrero Rocher

Ganache:
10 1/2 oz milk chocolate
1 1/4 cups heavy cream

Decorate:
15 Ferrero Rocher
10 Raffaello
