Heinz Beans is opening two pop-up cafés and everything is FREE

Laura Holland

Who doesn’t love baked beans?

Heinz is opening not one but two pop-up cafés.

It’s celebrating 50 years of its iconic advertising slogan ‘Beanz Meanz Heinz’, and to mark the special anniversary, it’s launching a Beanz Meanz Heinz pop-up café in Dublin and Cork. The best part is that all the meals will be complimentary.

The first Beanz Meanz Heinz café will open in Dublin at 33 Wicklow Street and will run from Monday, April 24th until Sunday, April 30th. Then it will open in Cork on Tuesday, May 2nd and run up until Sunday, May 7th at Ali’s Kitchen.

Heinz fans will have the chance to book a place for a free breakfast, lunch or dinner and celebrate the Beanz Meanz Heinz 50th Anniversary with an hour long food experience like no other.

The cafés will fit up to 25 people per session and open from Monday to Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday to Saturday 8am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-3.30pm.

The menu looks amazing.

The Breakfast Menu (8am, 9am, 10am):

Beans on toast or scrambled eggs and a personalised Beanz experience by adding a choice of:

  • Black pudding.
  • Bacon.
  • Sausage.
  • Smashed avocado & chilli.

Finishing touch: Cheddar, Sour cream, Slaw, Cream cheese.

The Lunch (12pm, 1pm, 2pm) & Dinner (4pm, 5pm 6pm) Menu:

Beans on toast or jacket potato with a choice of the same breakfast toppings or something a little different:

  • Beef Chilli con Carne with mixed beans, cheddar sour cream & tortilla chips.
  • Roast red pepper filled with beans, roast onion, tomato and melted cheddar with chive mayo.
  • Huevos Rancheros Beans, Chorizo, smashed avocado, spicy tomato salsa on tortilla.
