IKEA has recalled batches of sweet treats that are served in its stores. The snacks in question are called Sotsak Skumtopp and they are chocolate covered marshmallows.

The pack size that is being recalled is 180g, with the ‘best-before’ dates between 12/03/2019 and 18/04/2019.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland said: “The implicated range of batches of Sotsak Skumtopp contains sweet whey powder which is listed in the ingredients but the label does not highlight that it is from milk. This may make the batches unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of milk or its constituents. The product was sold in Ikea stores and is being recalled.”

If you have bought the product in the batches included above, return to the store as soon as possible.
