This matcha coconut smoothie is what you should be starting your day with
We love a good smoothie, and think it really is the perfect breakfast-on-the go for busy mamas (and kiddos too).
Unless you have been living under a rock lately, you will have noticed that matcha (a green tea powder) is pretty much the hottest thing in health right now, which is why, when we came across this smoothie recipe, we just had to try it out.
Coconut + Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
- 1½ cups coconut water
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
