A new restaurant in Dublin is opening tomorrow and it looks super GLAM

Dreamy.

We are booking a table ASAP.

Glovers Alley, a brand new restaurant by well-known Dublin born Chef Andy McFadden is opening its doors tomorrow, February 2.

The restaurant will feature a wide variety of food with an influence on French cuisine as Andy has spent the last seven years both as Head Chef in L’Autre Pied and most recently at sister restaurant Pied á Terre, London. He retained a Michelin Star during his time in both restaurants.

He will now bring his level of excellence and love of food to this brand new Dublin eatery.

Andy said “using Ireland’s most dedicated farmers and food producers, we want to create unique and exciting dishes. Each dish is designed to use techniques that bring out the best of each ingredient. We will be following my core philosophy of making everything in-house.”

And the one thing that’s seriously drawing our attention is the incredible INTERIOR! Is it wrong that we are already thinking of all the Instagram opportunities? I don’t think so.

The design concept for the new restaurant reimagines Pullman Class dining through a contemporary lens. Bringing in the style of the 1930s. The glamorous yet informal interiors are defined by linings of rich fumed oak and brass, coved plasterwork and Deco-Pastel leathers. Talk about GLAM.

The restaurant located on 128 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2, will open its doors tomorrow and you can book a table here or by ringing +353 (0) 1 244 0733.

The restaurant will be open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner with lunch available weekly from Thursday through to Saturday.
