The Nando’s menu has had a bit of a Spring clean.
Fans of the UK food chain needn’t worry as all of your favourites will remain in place, but with a few new additions you’ll have some extra options to choose from.
Our dedicated Her.ie chicken correspondent Ciara made the voyage over to London’s Nando Kitchen to get the coop – I mean scoop.
The new Spring menu boasts a whole new range of delicious eats and if you’re feeling hungry you may want to look away now.
The most mouthwatering newbie to the menu is the Fino Platter, which looks AMAZING.
The ideal sharing platter for two, the Fino platter features a whole flame-grilled spatchcock PERi-PERi chicken served with a fresh range of sides including sweet potato Wedges, Fino coleslaw, and the new Supergrain side.
Also included is a side of chargrilled veg and PERi-buttered corn and a half-chargrilled lemon to squeeze on the chicken. *drools*.
Another addition to the new menu includes a Supergrain salad which looks dishy AND nutritious.
The new Supergrain salad includes a fresh mix of grains, greens and beans.
This includes wheat berry, freekah, edamame, cannellini, quinoa, green beans, barley and kale, with avocado chunks and an avocado buttermilk dressing on mixed salad leaves. You can get this served with or without a PERi-PERi chicken. YUM.
The dessert menu is getting a revamp with the addition of two new brownies – Peri-Peri chocolate and salted caramel.
The salted caramel brownie is made from rich chocolate with the delicious taste of salted caramel.
The PERi-PERi Chocolate Brownie is created with a touch of Nando’s signature PERi-PERi African Birds Eye Chilli, for that little extra kick!
Chilli and chocolate? Strange AF?
Another addition to the dessert theme will be a new dressing for the condiment unit. Swoon!
A sweet and tangy blend with just a hint of chilli, the pomegranate dressing is perfect on ice-cream.
The drinks menu is also going to be freshened up with the addition of new Vinho spritzers.
These drinks will be Nando’s special take on sangria…lighter than a bottle of wine, these carafes are the perfect sharing drinks for a group.
There’s a white wine spritzer – crisp Cara Viva White wine spritzed with lemonade, freshly sliced lemon, lime and a sprig of cool mint.
The rosé variation includes summer fruit Cara Viva Rose wine, spritzed with lemonade, raspberries, sliced lime and cool mint leaves.
Lastly, the red wine spritzer consists of Cara Viva red wine spritzed with lemonade, fresh raspberries, orange slices and a cinnamon stick.

Peri lemonade also made an appearance.
According to esteemed Nando’s connoisseur Ciara, the stand out treats were the Supergrain salad, Peri-buttered corn, salted caramel brownies and the new pomegranate dressing.
I don’t know about you but I’m currently STARVING.
