Six by Nico Dublin

The perfect foodie night out.

If you have been looking for that special dining experience to kick off the festive season, look no further.

Finally, the wait is over, and renowned Scottish-Italian chef, Nico Simeone, is bringing his dining concept Six by Nico to Dublin next month.

Six by Nico, a dining experience like no other, is already well embedded in the UK’s restaurant scene, with locations in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Belfast, London Fitzrovia and London Canary Wharf.

Their new 3,000 square ft. venue at 1 Molesworth Street, Dublin will be opening their doors in November, and Six by Nico Dublin will be the ninth addition to the restaurant brands portfolio, bringing Nico’s creative food and drink concept out of the UK for the first time and placing it in the heart of Dublin city.

The Six by Nico concept was born in Glasgow in 2017 from a passion for experimenting with new ingredients and developing and creating unique dishes.

The creative and ever-evolving six-course set menu changes every six weeks and will be priced at €49 per person – to match the brands London counterparts. There is a vegetarian menu available too.

Having recently dined in Six by Nico Belfast, I was literally blown away – and can’t wait to check out the new Dublin restaurant when they open their doors in a few weeks.

To give you an idea of what you can expect when Six by Nico Dublin opens, here are the menus currently on offer in the Belfast branch:

Of the upcoming launch, chef Nico Simeone reveals:

“We are very proud to bring our unforgettable culinary experience to Dublin. Customers have dined at our restaurants from Edinburgh to London to try each of our menus since our first Six by Nico opened in Glasgow in 2017. Dublin is a city known for its vibrant food and drink scene, and we are looking forward to welcoming customers very soon”.

Simeone explains that Six by Nico Dublin will be as eye-catching as it is delicious and that the new premises will introduce a pioneering revolving culinary hub, as he and his team reinvent the wheel every six weeks, delivering a fresh new six-course tasting menu – each one focused on a different place, memory, or idea.

Drawing inspiration from both at home and abroad, such as the street markets of the Middle East to a journey across Route 66 in America, Nico and his team will combine different ingredients, flavours, and dishes, to bring memories and stories creating a brand-new dining experience every six weeks.
