That’s right, some genius, Frances Quinn, has made a huge Jaffa Cake. She’s the Quinntessential Designer Baker and is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the biggest Jaffa Cake.
Just look at it.
She’s even shared the breakdown of the ingredients which includes 6kg of butter, 6kg of sugar and 6kg of flour, plus 120 eggs, 9 litres of orange jelly, 3 litres of marmalade and 20kg of chocolate.
