Whatever your opinion on the above two flavours – and the intense combination of them both – it doesn’t really matter because Tesco have gone and created a bag of crisps that tastes just like that.
Or rather, one that tastes like ham and spiced cola.
There’s a difference.
The new crisps are part of Tesco’s new finest* range for this festive season.
There’ll be snacks, there’ll be turkeys, there’ll be desserts, and there’ll be drinks – everything you could ever possibly want to make your Christmas as delightful and food-filled as possible.
But we know why you’re here. You’re here for the crisps. The ham and cola crisps, as mentioned above.
How do they work? What do they taste like? Will the product description shed any light on this crucial question of our time?
“A festive feasting favourite is reimagined with the Tesco finest* Ham & Spiced Cola Crisps,” it reads.
“These hand cooked crisps are gently spiced with a hint of sweetness and are bursting with flavour.”
So no, not really then.
The crisps are retailing at €1.50 a bag, so to be honest we’re just going to have to go ahead and try them ourselves to see what the craic is.
