The worlds first non-alcoholic gin finally exists

Megan Roantree

This could come in handy.

Whether you brought the car or your working early the next morning, sometimes when you head out and aren’t drinking the temptation can be too much.

Sure you can have a pint of blackcurrant or even a Red Bull but if you’re a lover of spirits it’s just not the same.

Thankfully an English company have answered our prayers and come up with a non-alcoholic spirit that you can enjoy instead of your usual gin and tonic.

Seedlip is a new range of alcohol free spirits, at the moment they have two spirits available, Spice 94 and Garden 108 both of which are recommended to be served with tonic.

Spice 94 is distilled in a copper pot with different botanicals including lemon peel, cardamom and cascarilla tree bark, just gin.

And what’s more is that is it also sugar free, contains zero calories and is free from colourings and artificial flavours.

While it’s currently sold in many pubs and bars across London, there is no Irish establishment currently supplying the drink, however, you can get your hands on a bottle on their website.

A 70cl bottle of either drink cost around €30 and shipping is around €10.
