We’ll cheers to that.

Eatyard have announced a four-day wine and cheese festival taking place in Dublin this summer.

And yes, the event sounds just as amazing as the name would imply.

The wine and cheese festival will be taking place from August 8 until August 11 at the Iveagh Gardens in Dublin City centre.

A spokesperson said:

“This is a festival for all wine & cheese fans, we bring all the fun without the intimidation and of course a stellar selection of boutique wine and cheese vendors selling stuff you’ll want to drink and buy.”

They promised that “wine will be pouring from some of the best and most interesting independent wine shops in Ireland.”

This includes Greenman Wines in Terenure, natural and biodynamic specialist Quintessential Wines in Drogheda and artisan wine experts Wines Direct.

And there will be some incredibly tasty treats in store, with some of the finest Irish farmhouse cheese from Sheridans and Corleggy, and charcuterie from The Wooded Pig and plenty more.

There will be a selection of craft drinks, cocktails beers – as well as low and no-alcohol options – if wine isn’t your tipple of choice.

But the celebration isn’t going to only be about cheese and wine.

There will be a tasting arena throughout the weekend, with visiting winemakers and well-known drink experts; as well as plenty of music from Bodytonic.

Meanwhile, the Eatyard Stage will host all kinds of wine and cheese related entertainment, fun and games.

The tickets are priced beginning at €16 (booking fee not included) and are available here.

We’ll see you there so, yeah?
