We thought the Big Mac couldn’t get any better but…

Her

Big Mac

Brought to you by McDonald’s.

If Pinocchio says his nose is going to grow, does it grow?

Are there Aliens out there watching us right now? If your parents didn’t vanish into thin air in the middle of a supermarket, leaving you to run frantically through the aisles searching for them, were you ever really a child? Was it inevitable that the target audience for fidget spinners would lose interest in them so quickly?

These are just some of the questions we encounter and ponder on a daily basis (we know, just call us philosophers extraordinaire).

Now we have one more and we need your help with it.

McDonald’s have switched up their very classic, very iconic Big Mac by adding an extra ingredient – bacon. Delicious, crispy bacon.

But here’s the dilemma – if a Big Mac has bacon, is it really even a Big Mac?

We mean, think about it. This is a classic– No. This is THE classic McDonald’s burger. And when we ask for a Big Mac, that’s all we want. A Big Mac, plain and simple. No frills and laces. Just a good old reliable.

Though, on the other hand, we do love some crispy bacon. And we definitely wouldn’t say no to a helping or two on our tasty Big Mac… So basically, we’re not averse to the idea, we just might be averse to the name.

So what do you think? Still a Big Mac or does it need a new name entirely? Join the debate and have your say by Tweeting either #NotABigMac or #StillABigMac.

If there are any real purists out there, don’t worry – the classic BigMac will, of course, still be available without the bacon.

Plus McDonald’s are also adding a Grand Big Mac Bacon (for the extra hungry) and a Mac Jr. Bacon (how cute) with their new Bacon Big Mac. All three will be available until March 19.

Seems we’re due a trip to McDonald’s…
