Okay, so we found a lil’ cocktail that we’re simply DYING to try.
It’s perfect for chilly season, it takes care of the sweet tooth (we are worthy.) and it’s sure to be a total crowd pleaser. Whether you make the Baileys Salted Caramel Martini for a cosy night in or on Christmas Day for family and friends, it’s sure to tickle everyone’s fancy.
Here’s a little ‘how to’.
You’ll need:
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
- 100ml Baileys Original
- 100ml vanilla vodka
- 15ml honey
- crushed biscuits
Pop the vanilla ice cream into a blender, add the cream cheese, salted caramel, Baileys, vanilla vodka and honey. Blend until smooth.
Pour some honey onto a medium size plate and dip the edge of the cocktail glass gently into it. Then dip the same part of the glass into a small bowl full of crushed biscuits which will stick to the honey.
Pour a few little drops of caramel sauce around the inside of the cocktail glass and fill with the contents of the blender.
