A White Claw summer party is in Dublin this weekend

A few famous faces are due to pop by as well.

A White Claw pop up has arrived in Dublin, and we’re parched just thinking about it.

The event, titled White Claw Wave of Summer Pop Up, kicked off yesterday, but fear not, you’ll have your chance to check it out until 5 September.

For the unfamiliar, White Claw is a hugely popular hard seltzer, that is gluten-free and naturally flavoured. If you’ve yet to wet your whistle, then this pop up may be the perfect initiation.

As well as the opportunity to sample the mango, black cherry, natural lime and raspberry, the pop up is set to be a proper event with live entertainment throughout.

Billed as a moment of “total escapism”, the party feels like the ideal opportunity to chill out, hang with friends and soak up the last of those summer vibes.

A number of top DJs and presenters are set to drop by, including Tara Stewart, Kevin Twomey and PJ Kirby from the I’m Grand Mam podcast, radio presenter Izzy Healy and the artist Neil Patrick Collins.

The pop up will take place in Lock 6, Portobello, and attendees can book in for 90 minute slots. With regards to opening times, the event runs from Wednesday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm and from Saturday to Sunday from 3pm to 9pm.

Also present at the event is the non-profit Every Can Counts, who will be there to encourage attendees to recycle their cans.

Speaking ahead of the pop up, White Claw said: “No can will leave the pop up, instead, they will all be recycled and the cool thing is that unlike plastic, drink cans are infinitely recyclable.

“Every can really does count, so everyone can drink, enjoy and recycle.”

We love to see it.
