Zaytoon to open their first restaurant on the northside of Dublin

Rory Cashin

Now both sides of the Liffey can drool equally.

If you’ve ever had someone visit Dublin and they’ve asked for recommendations on where to go for some city centre food, invariably the name Zaytoon will get mentioned before too long.

The Persian restaurant is a cornerstone for lovers of kebabs, as well as their hugely popular vegetarian and vegan options, and they have announced that they will soon be opening their third Dublin outlet.

Up until now, the only places you could get their magical foodstuffs was on Camden Street or in Temple Bar, but on Wednesday morning, they announced that folk on the other side of the river will finally be able to get their hands (and mouths) on the infamous menu items.

And not just a little bit over the bridge either, but Zaytoon will be joining an already packed out selection of eateries at the Swords Pavillion Shopping Centre, with the new branch set to open in July.
