Whether it be dosing up on vitamin C tablets to nip that sniffly nose or burgeoning cold in the bud, we all have methods to try and get things fixed without paying out for the doctor. If it's not listening to old wives' tales, it's employing some questionable tactics to try solve the pain or aches we've somehow endured along the way. One man who was determined to sort his problems was Chen, a man living in China. According to Fox News, a man known by the name of Chen found blood in his urine but was hesitant to visit the doctor. Reportedly, Chen was too shy to visit and admit that he'd found blood in the toilet after he urinated, so instead of going to the hospital or making an appointment with the doctor, he used a stainless steel chopstick to try and fix things. After initially inserting the 7-inch chopstick into his penis, the Chinese man continued to push the stick up into his genitals. As the chopstick hit his rectal wall, he couldn't remove it. Chen, who was admitted to hospital for the removal of the chopstick, reportedly told doctors that he thought his urethra was not working and inserted the object to try and fix it. While doctors at his local hospital successfully removed the object, they confirmed that if the chopstick was pushed any further it would have been fatal.
