There’s SO much to talk about.

When it comes to sex and contraception there’s still so much that we want to feel more knowledgeable and confident about.

A lot of us missed out on an insightful, well-rounded and information rich sex education growing up. And we’re not the only ones – recently it was even reported that teenagers are looking to porn, hoping to learn about sex, instead of turning to their parents to talk about it. Sex and contraception can be confusing at the best of times and a lack of knowledge can mean we sometimes end up taking risks when it comes to our sexual health.

When it comes to practising safe, enjoyable sex, we know there’s a need to talk FAR more openly and frankly so, we here at Her have teamed up with morning after pill brand ellaOne to open up the conversation over the coming months about sex, contraception and emergency contraception.

To make sure we cover the matters that mean the most to you, we are asking you, our readers, to take part in some anonymous research. By taking part you’ll be giving us information that allows us to best serve you when it comes to our sex and contraception content on Her.ie, plus the conversations we’ll be having on our podcast – Girls With Goals.

Your input will help us to bring you informative discussions, plus written content, that aims to help us to be more confident, to make smarter decisions, and even have better relationships when it comes to sex.

The survey itself is super easy, taking only around five minutes.

Best of all, by helping us, you’ll be in with a chance to WIN a voucher that provides you with a terrific two night bed and full Irish breakfast, plus dinner on one evening of your choice, for two adults sharing! – all at the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel, Leisure Club & KO Spa.

Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel, Leisure Club & KO Spa will also keep you pampered and relaxed during your stay. With wine, bubbles and dinner at your service in the evenings, plus the option to indulge in some afternoon tea or a much needed relaxing treatment at the spa.

Now, let the honest, open, and enlightening conversations begin.
