Sophie shared her activities and recipes with readers.
The Cheshire lady moved to Cornwall to pursue a teaching career and claims the transition from city to country life as the main source of inspiration behind her incredible transformation.
"I moved to Cornwall because I wanted to be somewhere I can enjoy the outdoors and to be fitter and healthier".
Upon entering her 26th year, Sophie vowed to eat healthy and exercise over the next 100 days, her efforts earned her some 10,000 readership.
"I have been much more conscious of my health and this challenge has been a way to share it with other people. Over the past 100 days so much has changed, it might not sounds like a long time but there is so much you can do in 100 days.
"I feel fitter, healthier and so much more confident", she added.
The 26-year-old revealed her transformation with a bikini shot at the end of the 100 day challenge.
"The blog was all about sharing everything about diet and fitness, so the next step is going to be more along the lines of well-being, healthy mind and healthy spirit. I've had so many people say that they don't want me to stop, so I don't feel like I should stop. I've had so much lovely feedback.
Sophie pushed herself while exercising and is now in training to complete her first triathlon.
"There is the danger with exercise that it can become addictive, so the blog will be about how to balance exercise with a happy life.
"I haven't run in 10 years and I went on a treadmill to see what would happen and managed to do 10k no problem. So now I'm attempting a triathlon - a whole new world has opened up in front of me.
Sophie's efforts earned her 10,000 readers.
Despite successfully completing the 100 day challenge, going from being overweight and unhealthy to a fitness guru, Sophie wants to continue her blog.
“Initially I thought a few friends and family might read it, but I have been inundated with messages from readers who follow my blog and have been inspired by my experiences and want to ask my advice.
“I think healthiness is happiness and we should be happy and thankful for our health every day. Since eating healthily and exercising regularly, I have never felt better, inside and out.”
"It's all about taking a small step every day - at the end of 100 days it adds up to a whole new you".
