Considering a second gown?
My wedding dress was one of the first things I ended up sorting out when my fiancé and I started planning.
And I adore it, don’t get me wrong – I would wear it every day if I could (although that would definitely be weird).
But it’s not exactly the most dancing-friendly kind of gown, which means that a wardrobe change would definitely be in order at some point that evening.
So, yeah, it’s not exactly a second-day dress – but since we’re having a rehearsal dinner the night before, doesn’t that make the wedding itself the ‘second day’?
There’s a lot of reasons to have a second dress, whether it’s for the following day, the same evening or the night before.
Maybe you’re keen on a jaw-dropping showstopper for the earlier part of the day but want something a little more casual for dancing later on.
Or if you’re having an additional day of celebrations, maybe you’re just looking for something that isn’t quite as formal as a wedding dress.
Whatever you’re reasoning behind looking for a second dress, chances are you’ll be after something that’s a little more budget friendly.
I’ve rounded up 7 of my favourites – and, even better, they’re all under €100.
