7 things you can make with Khloe Kardashian’s must-have groceries

They’re not what we were expecting…

Khloe Kardashian has made no secret of the healthy lifestyle changes she’s made in the past few years – she even released a book, Strong Looks Better Naked, about her new eating and exercise regime.

But it seems that the most fun Kardashian sister still allows herself a few treats.

Here are the nine things she always has on her shopping list, according to Refinery 29.

  • veggies
  • Smartwater
  • bread
  • eggs
  • almond milk
  • Oreos
  • maple honey turkey slices
  • flour

The list has taken us by surprise – fruit and veggies are a no-brainer, even if they are a bit vague, but bread and flour?

The Oreos do make sense, given Koko’s obsession with jars of perfectly-stacked cookies, and eggs and turkey slices are very versatile making them fridge staples.

Here are seven easy things we imagine Khloe whipping up with her must-have ingredients that you can enjoy each day this week.

 

1.Vegetable omelette

Ideal for a handy breakfast or lunch. We’d imagine Khloe favours spinach and other greens, full of iron to give her energy.

 

2.Turkey sambo

It’d be very dry with just turkey and bread, so maybe Khloe would pop some avocado and some other salad-y bits in there too.

 

3.Blueberry pancakes

And not even the healthy kind – the flour suggests she’d be up for old fashioned pancakes made from the kind of batter your mum would make.

 

4.Turkey and veg quiche

The flour, eggs and milk would come in handy for the pastry base and the eggy filling.

 

5.Stir-fry

The sky’s the limit when it comes to this one – veggies galore mean a colourful dish.

 

 

6.Smoothie

Again, this could go any way – from almond milk and berries to a spinach and kale green shake.

 

6.Deep-fried Oreos

Just in case all the fruit and veg was getting a bit much. Everyone needs a treat.
