It can be tense working in an airport I'm sure, what with delays and irked passengers constantly complaining.
Considering how badly I bow to pressure I don't think I'd be any use to Dublin Airport or any other airport for that matter.
One woman has showed us all how it's done, dealing with a grumpy pilot expertly at our nation's most popular airport.
According to Dublin Live, a jet had to make an emergency landing which incurred delays for everyone at Dublin Airport.
Most pilots were polite and understanding in waiting for their turn to taxi their flight and take off, but one British Airways pilot flying the BAW-837 made a SHOW of himself giving cheek to the air traffic controller - and the glorious thing is that the entire conversation was recorded.
The other Irish pilots hear the exchange and have a good giggle at the ignorant British Airways pilot, with one even calling him a "tool".
G'WAN!
I could think of other ways to describe him...
