You’ve got to love good old-fashioned sibling rivalry.

Children across the country are busy penning their letters to Santa at the moment, and with requests for everything from toys to games, it looks like the man in red is going to be very busy indeed this coming Christmas.

However, eight-year-old Elena Hunt from Tallaght had a very special message for Santa this week, and it focused on her little two-year-old sister, Carly.

The letter was sent in by her mother Tarynn, who explained that little Elena turned into a bit of a “tattle tale” in her letter.

The best part of all is her simple request for Carly’s present at the end – poor little Carly!

Here’s hoping Santa brings them both some lovely gifts!
