Everyone has a favourite sex position depending on what works for you personally, what makes you orgasm, what you’re most at ease with, what doesn’t cause an injury and so on.
Research collated by Superdrug Online Doctor came up with some interesting results after surveying 1,000 people from Europe and the United States.
People were asked a number of questions including which sex position they were least comfortable with and ‘standing 69’ receiving the majority of votes from both male and female participants.
Getting to grips with a complicated position such as this one isn’t exactly easy and so it’s understandable that 56.8 percent of men and 42.7 percent of women would find this the most stressful.
Standing? One person upside down? Getting dizzy? You can see why people aren’t into this particular option…
When it came to choosing the most popular positions, missionary (66.7 percent), cowgirl (61.5) and spooning (61.5) won out for women while the favourite position from a male perspective was anal, with 88 percent opting for it (in contrast to only 12 percent of women).
