Wake yourself up with this five minute full-body stretch

Getting up on the dark winter mornings can be very tricky. All we want to do is pull the covers over our head and press snooze one more time.

But instead of fighting your morning routine, why not make your a.m. something to look forward to?

Each week we will be posting a video with a morning activity for you to try. This week we are focusing on mindfulness and stretching.

Stretching is a great way to start your day. It helps your posture, increases flexibility, improves circulation and gives you more energy.

So, what are you waiting for? Grab a mat (a towel will also do the trick) and try out these simple exercises before work. It will only take a few minutes.
