As today is Good Friday and alcohol is off the table, one Irish man has come up with an interesting business plan.
The ad below was posted to Done Deal and if you’re in the vicinity of Waterford (or feel like a road trip) and have bags of cash to spare, you might want to check it out.
We’re not sure how much interest this offer will get, given the extortionate prices but we have to commend him on his savvy business sense all the same.
