To avoid your stomach grumbling during the all-important meeting, dietitian Erin Palinski-Wade told the publication that a snack rich in carbohydrates will help.
Opt for a banana, some whole-grain cereal and/or yogurt as this will "prevent hunger while providing you with the energy and mental clarity to ace the interview".
