That image is literally something somebody opted to have drawn onto their body permanently.

Now, I'm not (usually) one to judge individual's tattoo choices but honestly... what the hell, lads?
The only plausible explanation here is that the person who got the tatt lost a very serious bet.
Or they just really, really love McDonald's.
Who can say for sure?
The photo was originally posted on Reddit and (somehow) users are actually not too adverse to the ink.

According to one user, the tattoo was designed by some guy called WizardSkull who takes pop culture figures and turns them into NSFW content.
Which, yeah okay, if that's whole deal then we guess this piece of work is fairly impressive.
