This month we’re taking a closer look at the Flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets…

Harry and Ron made one of their most dramatic arrivals at Hogwarts in the fantastic flying Ford Anglia in the second installment of the widely successful movie franchise. The memorable scene saw the two school chums (with Hedwig in the back) speeding through the beautiful English countryside in pursuit of the Hogwarts Express before taking an unfortunate landing right smack in the middle of the Whomping Willow on the grounds of the school.
Thankfully Harry and Ron came out unscathed from the thrilling ride (Ron’s wand seemed to be the only casualty) and the Ford Anglia drove straight into the Forbidden Forest. The car later came to the rescue of Ron, Harry and Hagrid’s beloved dog, Fang. What an awesome motor.
