Good news Aerosmith fans – they’re coming to Ireland.

Aerosmith has just announced that they will come to Ireland as part of their “farewell tour” next year. They will play at Dublin’s 3Arena on June 14th.

They put together a mock news report to break the good news earlier today, saying that they’ll be hitting Europe hard as part of the tour which will begin in May.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (November 18th) at 9am via Ticketmaster.

Lead singer Steven Tyler has said:

“Aerosmith just got done ripping through South America like true ambassadors of rock…The band is unstoppable right now and in Europe, we’re going to keep doing what we do best… Let The Music Do The Talking…Living On The Edge, and living to rock another day.”

While Joe Perry added:

“It’s been three years since we have been on tour in Europe and I can speak for my brothers that we can’t wait to get over there and take it up a few notches. Last tour in South America we were running on all cylinders and I can see no reason to let up now.”
