This news will make you whole again… Atomic Kitten are releasing a new album next year.

Kerry Katona, who was in the original line-up and recently rejoined the girls for The Big Reunion, has seemingly confirmed the news.

She told The Sun that she, Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon are going to be back in the studio and that the record will be coming out in 2015.

“Atomic Kitten are doing a new album,” she told the newspaper. “I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say but we are.”

The mother-of-five added: “There’ll be a tour all over the world with just the Kittens and the album should be out next year.”

Kerry also revealed that the trio would be sticking to their original “cheesy pop” sound: “That’s what people loved. We can’t try and go funky when we’re competing with the likes of Rihanna and Beyoncé.”
