Former Boyzone star Shane Lynch has sent fans the world over into a frenzy this week after he posted a cryptic message on Facebook on Monday evening.

The singer shared a throwback snap of both Boyzone and other hit Irish band, Westlife, and appeared to hint that now might be the time for the two bands to join forces for what we think would be an absolutely epic tour.

Westlife split three years ago off the back of a farewell tour, though Markus Feehily revealed last week that there are no hopes of a reunion.
