Irish people have many different traditions on Christmas Eve, (last minute shopping and midnight mass), however thanks to an Oscar winner and a few Irish music legend, Dublin’s fair city is home to a new Christmas tradition.
Glen Hansard and friends were out in force once again for their annual Christmas Eve busk outside on Grafton Street.
Last night, amongst hundreds of shoppers, Hansard, Paddy Casey,Liam O Maonlai, Declan O’Rourke and friends belted out some festive tunes all for a very worthy cause.
A rousing rendition of ‘The Auld Triangle’ was caught on camera.
