The Tony Awards is one of the biggest music nights out for musical performers, with the industry honouring and celebrating their stage work.
This year, Neil Patrick Harris and Idina Menzel will be among the performers on the Tony stage, along with Sting, Alan Cumming and the cast of Wicked.
Former host Harris will be singing with the cast of Hedwig and the Angry Inch while Menzel will perform a song from If/Then at the awards that are to take place in New York City.
Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle and American Idol winner Fantasia will also perform with the cast of After Midnight, as well as Sutton Foster and the cast of Violet.
Hugh Jackman will host this year’s awards that will be broadcast from the Radio City Music Hall on CBS on June 8th.
