Let the battle commence.
Justin Bieber angered One Direction fans recently when he suggested that the band were releasing their new album on the same day as him in a bid to get more press attention.
Fans were further annoyed when he somewhat jokingly added: “I think it was strategy on their part because my release date was first.”
The chart-topping boy band have now responded to Bieber with Mullingar lad Niall Horan saying, “It’s gonna be a good little battle.
“It’s good for pop culture.”
Louis later added in an interview with Clyde 1 Radio: “We mocked him back. It’s all just a bit of a laugh and a joke. Let’s have it.”
Both Bieber’s Purpose and One Direction’s Made in the A.M. will be released on November 13th.
